* Contract I : The work includes the geotechnical study, construction of foundations & structural concrete Skelton of its two buildings: building "P", of area of 10 000.0 m2 & building "S" of area of 20 000.0 m2. *Contract II: The work includes the architectural & Electro-Mechanical works and landscaping of its two buildings: building "P", of area of 10 000.0 m2 & building "S" of area of 20 000.0 m2. The Project is A Central Vehicles Station at Cairo City Center of 52000 m2 Total Area , it Comprises: 1- Bus Station and Parking for 90 Buses. 2- Multi Story Garage for 2700 Vehicles. 3- Commercial , Entertainment , Administrative Malls and Mosque of an area of 30000 m2. 4- 35000 m2 of Greenery and open areas.
